Adobe's Rich Internet Application platform, AIR, has been in various forms of beta for about a year now. AIR is being touted as a potential Windows killer (remember the right once, run everywhere promise of Java a decade ago?) but when will someone build something more useful than a Twitter client with it?
Adobe releases AIR 1.0, Flex 3.0 and a new open source site
